I took my seven year old daughter for her ears piercing. The generics of the job were excellent, very clean and hygenic however the lady doing the piercing was an absolute misery. She did nothing to put my daughter at ease and I'm sure the atmosphere in the shop made her more nervous. Their customer service does not exist. I will not be returning to this shop. .
