Our new Volvo C30 was due its 3 month quality inspection and having read excellent reviews for Clive Brook Volvo we decided to abandon the dealer from which we purchased the vehicle in favour of receiving excellent customer service. What a decision we made, from the initial visit at booking in and the service on Saturday we can only say what a stess free, pleasurable experience this proved to be. We just wish we had purchased our vehicle here - everyone was so helpful and professional, we really felt like we were customers who were valued. .
