"Too salty"

I wonder why so much salt is added to the cheese and onion flavour when there is so much bad press about high blood pressure caused by high salt intake? Anyway,I personally think that it spoils the flavour and will in future buy my crisps from other manufacturers!Unless of course they remedy the situation- how about bringing back the salt and shake crisps then you can add the salt to your own taste?.
