"I drive past my post office to one with 2 windows"

When one of our post offices closed, you would have thought the Cooper Lane post office would have two windows open. This rarely happens. I have just come from there and I queued for 20 mins - yet again! Usually I drive past it and go on to the next post office on the Halifax Road near Tescos. They nearly always have two windows open; if one window gets held up by a customer, the other can still keep going. I love it. I cringe at the thought of going to Cooper Lane Post Office. If the other post office can do it, why can't Cooper Lane? The needs of the customer are outweighed by the need not to spend money. Perhaps someone else should take it over..
