Where are you in the Bradford phone book?

Map on web site is very poor. Where is Swift Drive?

My Father has just been transferred to you and I am unable to access some of this basic information without resorting to a web page, but not all are computer literate, paticularly the elderly.

This is a very poor standard of communicating with those who have a need to know.
