"Why will you not reply to customer complaint?"

Every time I call the customer service line I get an answer machine which puts me on hold then after a couple of minutes a message tells me to call again later and the call is terminated.

I have also tried sending letters withour reply.

I never had any problem in booking or paying so why am I treated so poorly when a problem arises?

Not great customer service..
