If only I could get through by 'phone as I have been

TRYING NOW FOR OVER A MONTH WHAT A WAY TO RUN A PUBLIC SERVICE (AND AN 0845 NO0 THAT CHARGES YOU THEN AFTER ABOUT THREE MIN INFORMS YOU THEY ARE VERY BUSY THEN CUTS YOU OFF ASKING YOU TO PLEASE CALL BACK,HAD A FULL HEAD OF HAIR WHEN THIS STARTED,HOPE I CAN AFFORD THE PHONE BILL.
