We recently visited Thailand and stayed for 3 nights in Bangkok. The rep (Lek) was absolutely wonderful. He was the kindest and most serene individual we have ever met, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a credit to your company. We would like him to be recognised for his kindness and committment to his job..
