"Were good, have recently become unreliable"

I've been using this firm for 10 years or more and always found them good value and efficient. Recently, however, they have been letting me down when I've booked an early morning taxi - they've simply not turned up and only tried to send somebody after I rang to find out where they were. Last time I missed my train. I may use them again if I want a taxi straight away, but I'll never risk booking with them again when I have a flight or a train to catch..
