"Appalling customer care"

I have just spent 2.5 h (from 07.00)this morning trying to ring this office, to arrange a redelivery. No anwer; no facility to leave a message on an answerphone.

Last January my 85 year old mother had to trudge in the snow to pick up a Special Delivery parcel that the Royal Mail (it was a week late) wouldn't deliver because the weather was too bad for its posties.
