A review of Bowling College by Anonymous written on Monday 14th of November 2011
This College is ok as a last option ie if you have not been successful with other big colleges. It's too small & doesn't have a lot of facilities which you would normally expect to find in a college eg Library. The Level 3 Access course they offer is the Humanities and Social Sciences, which is very good if you want to study Social work, Teaching, Law, Psychology etc in Uni. But if it is Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy Tech etc you are after then you are better off going on the Access to Health Professions(which is not offered by this College). This would save you time to have to take extra science lessons as the course is full time. Although it looks a bit depressing from outside, it's actually not that bad inside.
If you have not been successful in securing a place on a Higher education course in any other college you can give this college a try, there's a higher chance you'll get a place...:-).
