"Why aren't they open later than 12:30???"

This just seems stupid, for people that work and have kids it's not that easy to get to the post office before 12:30. So now I have to wait until Wednesday for my package when they're open untilk late.. even if it was open until 16:00 the other days of the week it would be better than 12:30!!.
