A very friendly team,quick to adress issues that arise,i have rented two houses and a flat from accent and they have been pleasingly clean and in order when i have taken occupancy,it can be costly if you leave the property in disrepair when you leave but to be fair they only charge you what it cost them, if you leave it like you took it on within reason accent are fine....keep up the good work accent i would not hessitate to rent a property again..
