"Ability to read not a requirement to be a postal delivery person."

A review of Royal Mail by Worn out shoes written on Monday 8th of April 2013

On my front door i have a nice large house number, in addition i have stuck a 5x3 envelope with the my house number and address written in large print in black ink.

Do i receive my post ? No. Do i receive all my neighbours ? yes !

Clearly the post man / woman cannot read ( a requirement you would think needed for such a job ).

Every day without fail my self and my neighbours can be seen wandering the streets redelivering post to correct addresses.

Can we find the post person to return them ? no.

One day apart from half a tree of junk mail ( i know the co op offers i got 6 leaflets) i received 12 items of mail.....none for me...where my mail went i have no idea. No way does my modest semi resemble a block of flats with multiple occupants. .
