"Amazing coffee shop"

I often visit this coffee shop in which each time I receive excellent customer service and smiles. Unfortunately today I was shocked to see another customer viciously verbally attack one of the staff members, the customer was saying the staff member was ripping customers off and that she was a lier, a women with short blonde hair then took control of the situation handling it very well,despite this all members of the coffee shop remained calm and collected, trying to explain to the customer what went wrong and how it could have been resolved. I also noticed that two other customers went to the staff member after the incident to ensure that she was ok. I love visiting this coffee shop and this incident will defiantly not stop me or my friends from returning. I would recommend acw to everyone it has a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere and the staff help where possible. The food is very much homely and enough is given. Thankyou for an exceptional visit each and every time!.
