"Staff changes! Why?"

I used to go regularly to this fish shop and found the staff very friendly and the fish & chips very good. However ion the past few months they seem to have been a change in staff and the cheerful "older lady" seems to be missing. She must have got fed up of trying to do everything herself, as always seemed to be frying and serving. Also the opening hours seem to chop and change. So usually have to find another shop. .
