"Royal Mail standards are getting worse!"

I have had 4 packages not be delivered so far this year. I have found signed for items just left in my recyling bin. I have been in our front room on more than one occasion to find the post man has simply posted a card through rather than attempt to deliver the package. Worst of all when you try to ring the bradford sorting office, no one ever answers. I am going to have to avoid buying items on Ebay etc that use Royal Mail....I just don't think they care or are fit for delivering quality any more. Very sad.
