A review of Jobcentre Plus by Jo-Anne Anglum written on Wednesday 31st of July 2013
Several attempts have been made to get through to speak to an advisor by myself, and my client. Despite calling every number available many times, we have not managed to get passed the automated system. My client has serious concerns that he needs to discuss, and if not dealt with could lead to him being sanctioned. I feel the service is poor, and does not take into considerations of the individual. My client has been into his local Job Centre to try to see his advisor, but keeps being directed to the phone. This is not good enough!.
