"GETTING BOOKED IN"

i had 5 appointments at thornton, 4 out of the 5 reception failed to book

me in ,on the very last occasion,

i was in the que behind the nurse i wanted to see as she was booked in.

in my turn i was told go sitting in waiting area you will be booked in.

so off i went to sit.was there about ten minutes and i got a txt to my phone saying i had missed my appointment,how can this be ?

in the last month i have spoken to 2 other people that this has also happened to. even one guy booked day off work to find he didnt have an appointment after making one and had it on a card given to him by reception ..
