Wife has been trying to get through to a Bradford job centre, for around 20 minutes now without any success. Despite calling on the 0845 and 0800 numbers provided by them, along with numbers also provided by staff members; this proved very frustrating and annoying! I now know why so many people are jobless, if this is what they have to go through. A complete farce is the best we can say here and that puts it mildly! Arrgh!.
