"Good manners"

I have purchased many musical instruments and equipment in my time from various music shops and always found staff in them to be on the whole beliittling and rude, especially to the beginner, but aire guitars is a breath of fresh "aire" to all that, staff were very well mannered, helpful,and in general just normal people, which however odd it may seem, staff in instrument shops are usually NOT. I will be spending my money with them in the future. Jimmy James..
