"So rude!"

A review of Alfie's Boarding Kennels by Anonymous written on Tuesday 18th of March 2014

I phoned alfies as per instruction from LCC as I had found a stray dog. The man who answered was extremely rude and abrupt. He cut me off after I said the council had told me to phone to arrange dropping off a stray- he told me he wasn't working. I started to ask for advice as to where to take the stray if he was refusing. He said he was going to end the call and hing up.

Not what I would expect when he is in the business of stray dogs..it left me in a huge mess. I will also be complaining to LCC..
