"LOST TROUSER'S / RUINED DRESS"

I am a 74 year old lady who took a pair of trouser's to be shorten and a dress that was new but needed slight alteration, when I returned to pick up my clothes they could not find my trouser's ( which my daughter had bought me for my birthday)they have gone and will not be found every time I go back they tell me they are still looking for them this has now gone on for weeks, my dress which needed slight alteration again was new for my daughter's wedding was ruin it had been badly sown and was all gathered they did try to restitch it again, but quite honestly I could not wear it as it looks hideous I will never use this company again as they can't be trusted and don't care that I have to use most of my pension to replace the dress they haven't even offered to replace them or compensate me for my items. They just keep telling me to come back next week.It takes me quite a while to get into Bradford with my illness I hope no one treats them like this when they are older..
