This store lacks customer care and/or return of their customer. It's a real shame. There's absolutely no need for the bad attitude especially when work is so scarce these days ... You will no doubt know her .. She is recognised by her flaring nostrils even before you have opened you mouth to ask for help, she is the only 'unpleasant' one there. i caught her ugly wrath twice on two separate occassions, hence my reason for writing this review. Surely, I am not the only one who has experienced her bad attitude. My initial complaint was purchasing an item wrongly priced on display and then charged 50% more at the checkout. I didn't realise until I had reached home and checked my receipt. The item was obviously misrepresented on their part and still showing wrong on display when I went back the next day to recheck the price on display. My initial complaint was to her regarding the misrepresentation. No appology was offered and neither a refund of difference (£5). I was told that if I wanted a refund I should come back tomorrow and ask from the staff member who had initially served me and then walked off ...!!!
I went to another staff member and informed I wished speak to management about her attitude. Immediately, The difference in price was quickly dealt with and refunded ... No management was called. I suspect that she was management hence she can say and do what she likes with customers ... I will never shop there again that's for sure .
