I have been attending the gym for over 2 years now, every visit I'm met by staff with my name which I find welcoming as the staff give all members that warmth welcoming touch. It's the cleanest gym iv been to. I used to go to virgin active where equipment was ripped and damaged. The changing rooms are kept maculate. Obviously these reviews are someone being malicious as flacks gym is nothing but clean tidy. Mixed ages. We all go for different reasons.. So my advice to anyone is call in and check it out. I would not go anywhere else. Believe me I can be fussy. Read as many comments as one likes but you have to go and check things for yourself. I can safely say you won't be disappointed at all. X.
