"Loyalty blown in 1 night"

For the past few years we have only ever used Kelly's. but this evening has changed all that which is a shame as we were regulars... Not sure if they've had a change in staff because it wasn't the normal people on switch... Here's what happened.

We were dropped off in Leeds for a meal with friends. We called to be picked up and at first they said Leeds was too far away. When we told them of our loyalty and they did come and get us... When we got in the cab we told the driver and he said he was in the office when we rang and this didn't happen! I don't appreciate the whole situation, but I am glad they eventually picked us up..
