"Tracking a letter to Bradford Thomas Cook"

I have sent a letter to Thomas Cook Bradford paying £6.40 to ensure that it was received by 1pm today Monday 6th Oct 2014 which had details of out hotel with pictures, but when went on line to track the post office says it is re-directed why? I have the correct address, have just phoned and been on the phone for 6and half minutes telling me now and again they are busy but will answer as soon as possible gave up. I also took a copy of the letter and photos into there store on Saturday and thought I would have had acknowledgement of some sort by now. I await to see what happens next watch this space. .
