"Lacking in professional service."

I requested a taxi at the interchange for 23:40. Taxi was there. I had to ring three times to rearrange the service. Of which, the guy answering atempted to fob me off with excuses it being a Friday doesn't excuse you from delivering on the service you pomised to provide. More so, when the arrangement was made well on advance. On second calm I was told that it was there. I was there a driver wasn't. By the Theo's time I call I wasn't best pleased. And the receptionist. Couldn't offer much in defence South that he hung up.

Be a good service like any other if they could do they're jobs. .
