"NO DELIVERIES AT ALL"

I repeatedly not getting post delivered. I previously had a letter delivered about my dogs in my yard, I have a postal box on the fence over 5 feet up but the Muslim postman repeatedly is not deliverying, I have missed a hospital surgery date recently because the appointment never appeared along with bank statements and insurance ducuments. I did what I was asked by the Bradford South depot manager and deliveries were going fine but now nothing for over a month!!.
