"Poor Customer Service"

Awful customer service. I was made to wait several months before any work was carried out. Approx 140 calls later still no one paid a visit to fit my windows and door yet with every phone call I was promised theyd call around in an hour or a day later. These guys are a total waste of your time. They really need to start keeping the promises they make. I dont understand how people choose to do business with them. This is the last n final time I will do so. .
