"Over 2 hrs for a delivery"

I placed an order at 8:15pm, they said it would take 30-45mins. At 9:20pm called to chase the order, they said that it it was on its way and should arrive about 5mins, 5 mins passed no delivery, at 10:45pm the delivery man arrives, told them I don't want it as it's been over 2 hrs.
