A review of Pakeezah by Anonymous written on Monday 1st of September 2008
Inside the shop, it was very cramped and there was not adequate space for the customers to manoeuvre their trolleys with ease. the space at the counters was the tightest, causing customers to get annoyed as they are constantly pushed in the LONG queues.the prices of the foods was not very cheap when compared to other local stores. if they are calling themsleves a superstore, then the pricing should be as such. the staff in the shop were very few, so if assistance was required then it was difficult to get hold of an assistant. the customer service of the people at the tills could be better..
