"A BIG LET DOWN"

Good prices and the guy who makes the units has been there 25 years + but once again I have been let down by the units ordered not being ready as agreed.

This time having given them a week and stressing that I needed them I go to find not only are they not ready but the sheet I left with dimensions couldn't even be found.

No apologies even though I have used them for so long. 3 out of the last 3 times this has happened and enough is enough.

Said would ring back when I initially rang but didn't. Lied to by second person who said owner was out when I then arrived 2 mins later to find he was at desk.

Hope that in some way this saves others from the same treatment I have had as it is just not acceptable to be so incompetent without some form of redress.
