"If you don't mind waiting for cold or lukewarm food....."

First of all, I bought a glass of wine from the bar which was served to me in a glass with a crack in it. I accept that these things happen sometimes and just asked for a new glass. But this was just the begininning of a bad night. The starters came out pretty quickly, along with the kids meals as requested. Unfortunately, one of the kids meals was still frozen in the middle, and we had to send it back. We finished our starters and waited 45 minutes before having to ask to have the plates cleared and enquired about when our main meals might arrive. By this time the kids had finished their meals so we asked for their desserts to be sent with the mains. The mains arrived 10 minutes later and things went from bad to worse. The chicken dish and moussaka were only luke warm, there was a stray chip in the pasta and meatball dish, and the kids desserts failed to appear. We had to ask for them to be brought out. At the end of the meal the waitress asked if everything had been ok with our meals!!! Clearly everything had not been ok with our meals after we had complained and had to ask for things to be brought out. I asked her to pass on my opinion to the chef that I thought it was the worst pub meal I had ever had. Her reply - "oh, sorry about that. Would you like some desserts?". No. We absolutely did not want any desserts. We will not be returning to this pub. Ever..
