I am sick of complaining to the royal mail about the delvering or should i say the none delivery of my mail. I am a disabled pensioner but three times in the last two week i have delivered mail to the correct address of letters posted through my letterbox. I have missed hospital appointments because i have not received letters sent to me. On saturday a lady brought me a letter that although correctly addressed was posted through her door. A big thank you to her as it was another hospital appointment. It's time the royal mail got there act together and do the job they're paid to do..
