"Poor service and only want to charge"

Went in for puncture repair 4 weeks ago and was advised tyre is worn out. They had a similar size in stock so got a replacement. Last week noticed tyre is down so went back, they checked and advised valve is leaking so paid to replace valve. Today (4 DAYS later) noticed the tyre is down again so went back, they checked tyre and said its not leaking and cant find any leak and advised maybe tyre rim needs cleaning! Surely when replacing tyre the rim should have been checked and cleaned! They advised would take tyre off, clean the rim and charge for the pleasure! When I questioned them, they became confrontive in front of other customers and made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to leave without getting further work done. The service was poor and I got the feeling their interest was just to charge me rather than to provide the appropriate services. I would advise to stay away and lesson learnt to get a new tyre. SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT!.
