Having used an atm at Asda Canterbury ave which did not dispense the cash, £200, my bank advised me to go to Wibsey Post Office who could give me a balance statement, which showed the money back in my account and I was able to withdraw it there instead. The post office cashier was extremely helpful and calmed me down etc. I have been back for cash since as there is no bank in Wibsey anymore and again she was excellent. Having worked 27years for a building society I am pleased Wibsey post office are as professional as my society was then.I am retired..
