"Knotty wool"

Bought wool, when I took band off first ball there were several separate lengths of wool and lots of tangles. I decided to re roll the rest of the ball as the wool was in tangles and found it joined by knots in five more places.

I have tried to email the firm, but would have better luck contacting Elvis !
