I booked a taxi from the BRI to take me home and this is ehst I had to put up with. Bearing in mind I’d just got out of hospital and a big old taxi Van arrived to pick me up. Never have I experienced a taxi so dirty with ripped seats. I spoke to the so called manager who was very rude and thought it was acceptable. Will never ever use them again! I have the pictures but it’s it allowing me to upload them , but I won’t give up. People have a right to know!.
