"Charge you for things you have not brought"

I only brought 6 items and the have been charged for 7 items. Now that I'm trying to call the Al Halal Supermarket at Woodhead Road, Bradford on tel. no: 01274 747575 no one is answering this phone number. I have also sent an email on there website for a manager to contact me I have had no reply. I have been overcharged by £13.00 I need my money paying back to me..
