"Car Parking At Cleveleys,Lancs"

A review of William Morrison Supermarkets PLC by MR DAVID LONGDEN written on Thursday 16th of April 2009

I would just like to comment on the problems at the

above store on Thursday,16th April,2009.

Due to road works adjacent to the store round-about,

there was single line trafic at the exit.

This resulted in free-for-all to leave the store, I personally waited in a queue for 40 minutes to get to the exit.

People in some areas of the car park,found it impossible to reverse out of their parking positions.

The resulting chaos was as bad as I have ever witnessed.

Surely a bit of forward planning could have been implimented,to alleviate these problems.

I do not think the stores "costomer service" ends,as soon as you leave the check-out.There was incidently no sign of any Morrison staff to be seen outside..
