A review of Royal Mail by Sean written on Friday 25th of September 2009
I REPORTED AN ERROR IN DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE OF SOME INK CARTRIDGES...
To my local sorting office in Bradford,
I left 2 messages one for the manager
and another for the office there. Neither one has been responded to!!!
Also of course, no note was left saying delivery of these items had been attempted, although |I should have recieved them by now!
BY THE WAY HRM - you really should get rid of the Her Majesties part by the way, we are in the 21st centruy a democracy not some medievil but your site does not even work correctly.
there is irritatingly some sort of Google advertising bar over where I wish to type my message, to add to my many frustrations.
Royal Mail please go back to your roots but find that balance between public ownership and private enterprise.
I have been very displeased that post offices which I believe to be flagships of the organsition have been closed over the years. Not only is this bad for the public it is bad business.
Best for your business would be, if for a start this messaging service worked correctly but even before then that I had received my product and a card left delivery could not be completed. I have to say also the response, well I am not surprised I left 2 messages and no one has got back to me and the right procedure was not followed in the first place!
