"DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE - RUDE STAFF - NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!"

CAFE BAR IS A RIP OFF. 60P PER ITEM TO BE WARMED.

I use to go to Pakeezah's regularly in Bradford, but the first time I took my family I was disgusted with the service they offered in the Cafe bar. My man behind the counter was very rude and nasty.

We ordered the curries and then asked if we could get them heated up as we wanted to eat them straight away as we travelled so far to Bradford. The man then passed them on to his collegue. He was very and nasty he gave us the bill once the items were heated up and it was overdue by quite alot. We then asked him how come the bill is overdue he said because we charge to heat items up which was 60p per item.

I thought this was disgraceful as we had travelled so far and had been there many times before and never been charged to heat items up.

We asked his colleugue and he also started being very rude saying yes we started this charge today.

We waited around the corner and watched another customer being served and did not get charged for heating items up.

The sheekh kebabs were very old and had fat all over them which had turned white as they had been there for days.

NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! DISGUSTED!!!.
