Rack of lamb,Rub all round with best Olive oil,

cook in a cast iron cassarole,as per label instructions,steam new potatoes,carrots,green beans

Pre heat a dual serving dish to receive the green beans,saute the carrots[toss in melted butter],toss the potatoes in butter and fresh chives..
